Typical of Ian Duncan Smith, large bone small dog, he hasn’t got the remotest clue about management measurement or much else. He,s excellent though at lying, defrauding cheating and stealing. And in view of Cameron’s continued protection of this worthless piece of excreta, possibly blackmail. I’d love to literally kick the smug expressions of some pink Tory fascist faces!
