(To be determined according to which one has the least pressing serious fraud investigation ongoing and recent donations to tory party funds)] have agreed a contract written by themselves to provide work placements at a cost to the taxpayer of [insert impossibly large figure dictated by private corporation] We are sure this will afford good value to the hardworking taxpayer as well as delivering on the government’s commitment to making work pay by forcing … sorry … enabling people to work for nothing.”
