Mike, I really appreciate the reblog. After many months of interviewing people at the sharp end of the austerity narrative, this has been a very welcome week of good things! Meeting these two wonderful sisters was a lovely experience for me, and I’m hoping that they will talk more in the future about how changing welfare policies and the first tranche of the cuts are impacting on individuals and families. Note well that they’re most worried about young people getting into debt.
