Once a policy chief for Margaret Thatcher and John Major, Lord Norman Blackwell is a key figure in Interserve plc’s bid to trouser £1.2 billion worth of NHS contracts, according to Mirror Online.

Lord Blackwell pockets £143,000 a year as chairman of Interserve plc, a UK-based global outsourcing giant.

The firm was named last month as one of five shortlisted bidders for the sale of Staffordshire NHS’s cancer and end-of-life services.

The staggering £1.2 billion price tag is the biggest NHS sell-off to date.

We are living in very dangerous times and if we don’t remove greedy members of this government, then we only have ourselves to blame.

I can not accept how someone deserves the title of “LORD” it was at one time in history a religious definition. How in the name God can he hold a title of “LORD” he is is not a Lord he is a despicable trough sniffer. He has got WAY WITH TO MUCH FOR TO LONG.

This government is immensely greedy and needs to be removed for the sake of everyone who is not hugely rich.

I second that! Avoid blue and yellow and kipper stickers on may 2015.

This should never be allowed to happen,we are being sold down the river to any Tory who feels like making a buck. This so called government has turned this country into a third world country, when will people wake up and say enough is enough. Are they really more interested in the drivel that’s fed them every night. The people that run this country are nothing but dictator’s false promises false smiles we are fed a diet of lies and corrupt dealings. Do they really think that nobody see’s it happening as the saying goes you can fool some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time. I finishing this off by saying wake up people before our country is sold to the highest bidder

And all supported by that well-known charity, Macmillan Cancer Support. I suspect they will lose an awful lot of donations over this one.
