The bible is very violent and full of contradictions. It would probably be banned if it was written today!
I actually was a christian before I converted to Islam and the think that struck me as I read the Quran for the first time (trying to fault it as a christian) is how much more peaceful it was, and logical. No jealous God just an appeal for justice and peace, kindness and mercy. There is even a verse called ‘The Unbelievers’ and it says to the Muslims to say – to you your way of life and to me my way of life. Live peacefully.
Religion doesn’t preach respect, unity and peace, it it preaches hate, division and death to ones who don’t follow their faith, time all of it was gone, it has been the bane of humanity for far too long, kept us all in invisible shackles and chains, high time we all broke free of them!
