Junior doctor’s Adele parody video addressed to Jeremy Hunt

A junior doctor has released a parody video addressed to Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt explaining why NHS staff chose to strike yesterday.

Junior doctors staged a 24-hour walk-out protesting proposed employment contracts that the doctors’ union says will cut weekend pay and increase working hours.

Mikey Warren, 24, who studied at Liverpool University, uses his own lyrics to the tune of Adele’s hit song ‘Hello’ to tell Jeremy Hunt: “there’s such a difference between 8pm on weekdays and weekends”.
