Congratulations to Channel 4 News, who sent a lawyer to court who fought the tidal wave of Tory litigation – and won.

Perhaps Channel 4 News should get a Court Order to have all documentation held by the Tories on the issues in question to be surrendered to the Police before someone decides to shred them (accidently of course),

How are we doing with Dyfed-Powys Police and the member for Brecon and Radnorshire?

      Interesting you should mention that!
I did a phone interview with a reporter from the Powys County Times this morning, after he picked up on the story while browsing Twitter.
He said Dyfed Powys Police were expected to make an announcement this afternoon.
Admittedly I’ve seen nothing yet, but we’ll see what happens.
It’s good to know the strength of public opinion is making a difference.

That’s excellent news. Now just to get Dyfed-Powys to investigate.

I’m really hoping this government is unravelling at last. Their antics are not only corrupt and wicked, but this latest little ploy in the Kent court was almost unbelievable in its cheek!
    And why the closed court?
Channel 4 news should be interesting tonight. I’ve completely given up with the BBC apart from making complaints to them about selective and/or non coverage.

Channel 4 should be the new BBC. I think most people can now see the bias.

Judging by the judges comments (no pun intended), looks like C4 didn’t need to send their lawyer over to fight the Tories, but hey ho, thanks anyway C4!

This government is organised like a p*** ring, I’d hesitate to suggest they have experience.

The strength of the Tory opposition to an investigation leads one to believe they really do have a lot to hide in this particular constituency.
