Here is what may be the ultimate answer to those goons who carry on about people coming to the UK from abroad to enjoy all the things that make the UK great without contributing to them, when in fact they are refugees from violence in their own lands.

    Hi Mike, When confronted with racist comment I always say “If you were drowning in a river and a black hand reached in to save you, would you take it”

    It doesn’t always work but at least it’s a response.
