Britons brace for plummeting temperatures – but will it be enough to prevent Winter deaths?

You could lose a close relative or friend in the near future – particularly if they are elderly or vulnerable due to a health condition. In fact, your Conservative Government has done everything it can to arrange it.

Senior citizens are probably the least vulnerable group, as Tory right-wingers have – so far – failed to convince their leaders to cut cold weather and winter fuel payments. It’s just a matter of time, though.

Working-age people with health problems are a different matter. The Tories have cut benefits to the bone and these people may find it very difficult to cope with the cost of heating their homes while still putting food on the table.

That applies to unemployed people who are sanctioned by the Job Centre, as well.

And what about the homeless – 120,000 of whom, this Christmas, will be children?

Can anybody forget the horrifying fate of the man who was sanctioned, walked out into the street and froze to death?

Expect more – many more. Maybe not this week, but soon. And you know our NHS hospitals cannot cope because Jeremy Hunt has made sure of it.

Heath officials have reminded the public that cold weather can be fatal – hours before a widespread frost hits Britain.

Temperatures could drop to -6C over the coming nights in places, the lowest of the season so far.

Very good point. Lets hope the more honest coroners attribute any such deaths directly where it belongs with this evil Government.

Tories using Mother Nature as part of their overall vulnerable people reduction strategy. Genocide.

Not the first time a government has used this approach and unlikely to be the last, but then society voted for a party with an anti sick disabled incapacitated and unemployed government because they think, not least due to government propaganda that these people are idle and a drain on the nation, so we would be better off without them.

Democide / Genocide. Still amounts to murder by Government. An awful lot of people will die this winter I’m afraid. Bastard Government

totally agree with this, the tory need to look deep within themselves and say who is fit for purpose, wca assessors and there backing companies or us, unfortunately they still cannot recognise these companies for what they are, unfit for purpose, when a service user with no experience of a condition apart from a two hour talk, represents someone who has been assessed by one of there 5 week wonders and assists in the tribunal case, then you have to ask yourself who is fit for purpose, the assessor, the decision maker or the person that assisted in the case, what would have been the outcome if this had gone the other way, interesting really, someone who mind wanders, someone who can easily be distracted, someone who maybe a self-harm risk or risk to others, so this 5 week wonder knew better than a whole team, so what happens when things go wrong, who’s fault is it, the decision maker, the wca assessor, the companies involved, the dwp or the person themselves, of course it is the person themselves, they been cleared by a expert that knows better than a gp with 9 years training, a consultant with a lot more.

the part that really bugs me and and a lot more people as well is when will this thick skinned lot ever learn, when it costs them money perhaps, when someone actually sues the dwp for negligence and haul there sorry backsides into court, including the likes of fraud, ids and the rest of the fist pumping laughing clowns, let’s be totally honest here there not MP’S, there not human, there a class above everyone else, if they felt they were so safe then they would feel okay with there policies, but are they okay, we saw the chink in the armor when ids got buttonholed at the Tory conference By DNS.Famous Quote By IDS “it Was not me it was CG” that sounded like something out of the Nuremberg trial’s, did not do that lot any good when the rope appeared round there neck and down they dropped

they need to take a long hard look at themselves, there not the tory party, there not even nice to be associated with the colour blue, what they really are is the horrid, lying, untrustworthy, deceptive, evil, malicious party, no point in blaming labour though they do carry the can for some of the wca stuff, this started with that horrid thing with a handbag in the 80’s and it has not changed and never will until you have a rule of accountability that means MP’S that make decisions that cause self- harm etc go to prison for the standard time relating to the crime, not the current make a mistake and carry on and make a even bigger one policy that we have now.

time will come for these guys and galls, next election even locals they be swinging there little blue bucket for votes backed up with there shiny red bus or any coloured bus of lies, remember that tory boy, you won’t win so easy next time, regardless of what you do or say, people spot liars and your no longer becoming good at it
