If Tories aren’t Creationists who oppose homosexuality and abortion, how is their DUP alliance going to work?

Last Updated: July 16, 2017By

DUP leader Arlene Foster (right) with creationism-backing MLA Thomas Buchanan.

These are questions worth asking.

Because if the Tories don’t agree with the DUP on important questions about restricting other people’s rights to determine their own sexuality, control their own bodies, believe what makes most sense to them, then their ‘confidence and supply’ pact is a cynical sham.

The Tories are in it purely to stay in office, and the DUP are in it to boost their anti-Tory policies.

It’s more proof that the Conservatives are weak – too weak even to defend their own laws.

Here’s Tom Pride with the questions that Theresa May will undoubtedly never answer:

And Daniel Downes was preaching about tolerance on Conservative Home only a day or so ago at the time of writing.

For shame.

6 more sackings from a General Election. That won`t take long. Or will Theresa May refuse to sack people in her Government because she will have a minority. So insults are not sackable now !!! The majority is getting smaller each week because the Tories & DUP won`t stop talking & insulting people !!

Not sure what you are trying to say, there needs to be someone crossing the floor resigning from parliament, or other reason for a bi election sacking from minister level makes no difference.

Yeah Iris Robinson is really the one to trust Not, her scandal with a 19 year old is profiled on a programme called Corrupt Crimes. She had an affair with him and loaned him thousands of pounds without declaring it.

Well if they have a debate on creationism abortion ofr homosexuality they probably won’t get any help from the DUP, but would from other parties in a free vote so it wouldn’t be anything of a problem.

Parties who go into a coalition with the tories often find themselves coming unstuck.
I have a feeling that the DUP and the Tories will inflict fatal damage on each other.
