ATOS and DWP kill again

Last Updated: May 9, 2013By

The title says it all – Atos and DWP kill again.
There is nothing in this article that we don’t know already, but it is worth reblogging here for one reason alone: This is still going on. Despite all the protest, the uproar in those parts of the press that aren’t completely sublimated into Tory policy, and furore in Parliamentary debates, Iain Duncan Smith’s Department for Work and Pensions kills again.

if the police will not uphold their oath of office which is:

I, … of … do solemnly and sincerely declare and affirm that I will well and truly serve the Queen in the office of constable, with fairness, integrity, diligence and impartiality, upholding fundamental human rights and according equal respect to all people; and that I will, to the best of my power, cause the peace to be kept and preserved and prevent all offences against people and property; and that while I continue to hold the said office I will to the best of my skill and knowledge discharge all the duties thereof faithfully according to law.

so why is Ian Duncan Smith and David Cameron still at liberty to commit crimes against the people.

Simply because these are the people that make the laws, and control policing policy, but I do agree that they should be held responsibe, for the outcomes of their policies.and should be prosecuted for corporate manslaughter, along with all other ministerial colleagues in the department.

You are both right Murray and Glen, but sadly it’s taking far too long to get people listenening and understanding. I guess if you haven’t sufferred under this system, as I and my girlfriend have, it’s hard to understand. Keep pushing as much as you can and inform everyone you come in contact with. I’m in touch with Michael Meacher on this matter, and have now just got my nearest Labour MP Andy Love to understand too, and he’s talking to Mr Meacher to see how he can help, I have also urged him to get as many of collegues onboard too. So it does pay to make contact and push hard. It was good news last week to hear The Royal College of Nursing vote 97% against the WCA tests and to describe them as EVIL!

Lib-Dems should be beaten, stripped, have their heads shaved and be paraded through the streets with “collaborator” signs around their necks.

This is not the only suicide I have heard of due to the DWP not getting it right. One chap went without money for ten weeks or more and couldn’t cope so killed his self they should be done for murder

It can’t be murder because they didn’t go out with malice aforethought, intending to rid the world of that particular named individual.

Corporate manslaughter is the name of the crime.

The trouble is that not enough of this type of thing is being brought to the attention of the general public. People do NOT know what is happening. The mainstream news outlets are being manipulated by those in power to degrade and humiliate defenceless human beings who are sick and disabled.

i agree with you mike .. this government and ATOS should be brought to trial for human manslaughter in the hague.. how many more people are being put in more danger of losing there lives there has to be a stopping point into what the DWP atos and iain duncan smith are doing ..so many vulnerable people are losing benefits and support ..ie being punished because of unemployment disabled like myself and sick.

Charles 1 was branded a traitor and beheaded for waging war against the people of this nation. This parasitic unelected coalition cabal of lying, thieving, ultra corrupt Nazis are no different, but behind them they have a completely corrupt bought and owned establishment. The whole rotten houses need to be brought down.

If you leave someone with no means of financial suppor,t knowing that there is no way that they can acquire that support is premeditated murder in my book.

    The Commercial Lien Process
    What is a Commercial Lien?
If someone has ‘wronged’ you, by their actions, you have a remedy, in Law. The Common Law is the Law-of-the-Land, and is the highest man-made Law under which the People of the Nation are bound.
Under the Common Law, everyone is individually responsible for their own actions. The ‘office’ they may hold, the ‘authority’ they may consider they have, and/or the uniform they may wear, does not protect them in any way, shape, form. Simply because they (like everyone else) are responsible for every action they take. This was set into tablets of stone following Word War II, at the Nuremberg Trials. German Officers claimed “I was only obeying orders”, yet they were still found guilty, and hung accordingly. This also forms a part of the Geneva Convention to which most Countries are signatories, especially the United Kingdom. Thus “I was only obeying orders” is not a defence.
The reasoning is simple: BEFORE taking any actions against anyone else, make sure that what you are doing is lawful and moral. If you suspect that the action you have been ordered to take is either unlawful or immoral, then you must refuse to obey. You can report the order, and your reasons for believing it to be unlawful and/or immoral to a higher authority. You can go as high as you like in the chain of authority, pointing out that anyone who conspires to support the unlawful/immoral order are making themselves accomplices, in Law. And that, as a consequence, they (themselves) will be held fully accountable, in Law.

And the oath sworn by our medical professionals to “first do no harm”. There are those who have taken that oath and sit on ATOS panels or just simply turn away. Those that do try to object and are principled are contemptuously ignored by the likes of IDS and Cameron. Such a stunning deafness to the cries of recognised bodies and agencies must surely lead to a human rights trial of those who have spent human lives with not a care or a shred of compassion.

What recognised bodies have objected to bedroom tax, certainly not the housing associations or private landlords?

It looks like we are all p*ssing in the wind and no matter how legitimate the protest..the sound and incontrovertible Caumslist…the most strident of voices..Sue Marsh. We have politicians refusing to meet a delegation.running scared of their own policies and the misery they have caused. I apologise for a very disjointed post. I am in good health right now but reading your testimonies I am a whisker away. Just a breath.and then what?
