Yes when the principle of justice readily available for all is diminished or simply taken away, you can forget about achieving justice and fairness for all on all other matters.

BROKEN BRITISH POLITICS – THE LAW IS NOW PRIVATISED
A statement made today by Vox Political was “When the law is privatised you signal the end of democracy – and the beginning of corruption – and that’s what the Tories are delivering “
I follow Vox on a daily basis I find it well balanced and informative but todays statement was slightly behind on the subject in question .Lincolnshire Police already have contracted out to G4 many Police duties including looking after Prisoners in Custody .” Under the plan, 540 civilian workers at Lincolnshire Police will move across to G4S, from April 2013 in what is thought to be the biggest single transfer of police staff to a private company “.The security firm will also build a large police station in the county, containing a two-storey office block and a custody suite with 30 cells .The Media and Politicians feed us BS while Major Policy changes are happening .

I didn’t make that statement originally – I just reblogged it. The article is about cuts to legal aid, rather than privatisation of police – but that IS a major issue that will increase in importance, I believe.
