This snake is more slippery than a bucket of eels, Who’s willing to bet that he finally turns up for a meeting AFTER May 2015, when his government is a thing of the past?
i think the criminal charge according to the law with regards IDS and the many deaths of the welfare reform bill will be one of Criminally negligent manslaughter. This occurs where there is an omission to act when there is a duty to do so, or a failure to perform a duty owed, which leads to a death. The existence of the duty is essential because the law does not impose criminal liability for a failure to act unless a specific duty is owed to the victim.
IDS as the minister should have acted in a way in where care had been shown when the welfare reform bill became law. Firstly he showed no care at all and secondly when deaths were being reported to him he still failed to act and show any care and thirdly to this day still shows no care or remorse
some may say that as this unknown and we are in uncharted waters it will be difficult to place any charges at all on IDS as the deaths are still continuing 3 years on and i for one am unsure where it’s all going to end
i told you that he couldn’t turn up as for legal reasons as he would have to explain why so many sick and disabled people have died whilst transferring to ESA from IB
he would not be able explain these deaths as they have been outside of his control as he has not been able to lead these reforms in the way in which they should have been led and without any safeguards built in to the welfare reform bill it was a disaster waiting to happen
With luck he will have to stand trial in the high court as to why he allowed such a policy ever to get off the ground as i pointed out to him it’s was very floored and that only very experienced doctors of 35 years service or more would be able to get it right in most cases first time
As for the welfare reform bill revolving around a tick box system that was too bizarre for words and will need to be explained to a judge so that the main culprits can be sentenced in law of gross negligence of the highest order which has resulted in many deaths of the sick and disabled through stress and in those with a mental history in committing suicide
I think if IDS gets to court it will have to be transferred to the Hague in Holland as such is the seriousness of the crime
The man (and I use that term loosely) should be FORCED to attend. The Work & Pensions Select Comity should revoke his right to claim his precious expenses if he fails to show his face and account for himself. That should get his arse in-gear!

Yes when they are all back from their jollys then is the time to get all the culprits and put them in the dock and read the warrants out one by one .this is too serious to let it go on to the back burner We should be sorting this out now ready for when it is needed IDS is VILE VILE MAN
He’s a crafty b*gger I’ll grant him that, to be able to dodge attending yet again. But surely a Parliamentary Select Committee can compel a minister of HM Government to attend if they see fit?
Cheers Mike x
what is he getting pay’d for .?

Well, the reason given is it’s because the DWP’s annual report won’t be ready.
I find this strange, as it was due at the end of June…
at the end of the day when people vote they need to engage their brain if they don’t wont a repartition of the past
I hope we can report on this despicable creatures death ASAP

Well he should be there then explaining why the annual report is not ready, among one or two other things…
