    If this were me I would complain to the Parliamentary and Health Services Ombudsman as this is designed to ‘put the frighteners’ on the claimant and find an excuse for raising sanction doubt, As far as I am aware, one has every right to request a recorded interview. I smell BS

    He just wanted his rights, the rights that every criminal (except I think terrorists) are granted.

      This trigger happy approach to threatening people’s benefits has got to stop. It achieves nothing but aggravation and confrontation.

      That said, I’ve had experience of a Work Psychologist. On balance it has been positive. They might be able to help this person, if only for the wrong reasons. They have the power to make thigns easier when signing on if you have mental health issues. If you can get people in the system on side that has to be a good thing, no?
