    Apprenticeships normaly take at least 5yrs to complete, so why are these courses not called what they actually are, TRAINING.

    Mike, what will happen if these schemes take, or threaten to take, the employment rate below 7%? Can’t see interest rate increases being too popular, at least for the home buyers.
