pigs and trough leap to mind?!
Why not petition to cap MPs expenses to a maximum of say £10,000 per year to cover everything, rent, travel, entertaining, mortgages, etc etc. Also MPs to be banned from holding directorships, advisory positions, share holdings etc etc.
I tried that (partly) and very few people took an interest.
