Maybe this one is a foregone conclusion, but it’s always worthwhile to gauge current public opinion.

Following the revelation that the Conservative Party wants to repeal the Hunting Act because members fear they could lose half a million votes to UKIP otherwise, tell us:

Opponents of fox hunting should be pushing for the Hunting Act of 2004 to be updated rather than repealed – you can’t reintroduce fox hunting when it’s still going on!

Personally having been a rural dweller all of my life, I find both fox hunters and anti-foxhunters equally obnoxious. (For different reasons I am NOT going to expand on.)
My real life experience of dealing with problematic foxes, is the farmer’s dog always killed a fox before I had time to load two cartridges into a 12 bore let alone fire it.

They think that this will lose them half a million votes to Ukip? What a larf. They are going to lose a lot more votes for the policies, the lies and the deaths that they have caused over the last 4+ years.
Yet another excuse to bring in a toffs “sport”.

The fox hunting ban needs to be made more enforceable and police should arrest any-one who takes part in any way.

Unless gatherings of horse and hounds are banned enforcement is impossible.
Where I live 13 police officers are not going to stop 4 hunts plus followers (At least 2000 people in 4 different areas at the same time and on the move,) when they have never been able to stop an illegal rave at a fixed location.
Frankly illegal raves are far more of a problem locally than hunts are.

I think it needs re-DRAFTING so all the loopholes are filled in, not repealing.
