Black Triangle’s Letter of Complaint to IDS about Maximus – Beastrabban\’s Weblog

Last Updated: November 16, 2014By

Black Triangle, the disability rights group, have written a letter of complaint about the American company, Maximus, being awarded the contract to assess the long term sick and disabled to Iain Duncan Smith, writes The Beast.

They point out that simply changing the contractor from Atos to Maximus will not alter the actual assessment procedure itself. They also raise the issue of Maximus’ suitability for the contract, as the company has seen itself prosecuted several times in America for corruption.
