So there it is – there will be a ‘trial of facts’ on the Janner sex abuse allegations.
This Blog believes pressure should be put on the CPS for further ‘trials of facts’, to establish the guilt/innocence of others who have been accused but have not faced trial.

I believe Janner is just one of several in our corrupt parliament.
Well praise the Lord, lets await the outcome lets not forget he is a member of the untouchables so don’t hold your breath.
The trial of facts seems a good option, but there is no verdict produced. It gives either a supervision order or an absolute discharge. This is a good summery from the Guardian.

Yes; I referred to the options in the original article.
He knows too much so he will get away with it…..locked away in a safe or with a solicitor will be evidence to bring down many people….It will be stated he has dementia so can’t be prosecuted……
The ‘trial’ will be when – 20 years from now???
Same tactic as the Child Abuse inquiry. Stalling and clipping the wings of the victims so they play no part to make it virtually useless.
Or he does become very ill…
