B&Q in breach of contract as it tries to use so-called 'living wage' to force new conditions - Vox Political
No party to a contract can force new conditions on another.
In trying to do so, B&Q owner Kingfisher is in breach of its original contract with workers.
If they are unionised, employees must refuse the offer and take appropriate action
