David Cameron told the Queen he had extraordinarily corrupt countries like Afghanistan and Nigeria attending his anti-corruption summit. What a shame for him that Transparency International chose this week to demand that he act against corruption here in the UK.

In an extraordinary statement, anti-corruption organisation Transparency International has told David Cameron he must do more to combat corruption in his own country.

The strong warning comes on the same day Cameron hosted a summit of international leaders focusing on combating corruption.

Transparency International openly derides the UK’s credentials on corruption, slamming UK companies for “overseas bribery“, the City of London for “laundering corrupt assets” as well as “dirty money” in the UK’s property market and “political corruption scandals” at home.

You can read the the full statement here.

The mainstream press in the UK is unlikely to report this, so please share.

The fact that David Cameron is hosting a conference into anti-corruption just illustrates how far reaching the corruptors’ grip over governments has extended.
The comment about African (or other nations) who find it hard to resist £ multi-million bribes dealt out by British Corporations is very illustrative. It appears to go completely over the head of the Prime minster that for every person that takes a bribe there must be an organisation paying the bribe. For me this is more revealing of the blinkered view taken by right-ring ideologues.

Cameron and his cronies are synonymous with corruption. The two go together and I expect they could teach the Nigerians a thing or too about corruption and how to get away with it.

Everything within the UK is in a bloody shambles, that’s what you get when you let the ruling classes, inbred, ignorant, arrogant, clueless, useless, pompous, privileged, out of touch layabouts run your country!
