This image is not from the clip below. Yr Obdt Srvt was feeling lazy, and besides, that tie deserved another outing.

Blair may not be a comedy genius, but this clip is.

Words to remember when the former New Labour leader holds forth on the Chilcot report next month:

Another excellent slice of Pie. Millions of us want Blair’s neck in a noose(and that’s just the Labour supporters) and according to poll after poll, the vast majority of Brits think Blair is a war criminal and lying psychopath.

I believe it’s officially called “Antisocial Personality Disorder” in the DSM (a trait shared by most of the current regime), and is grounds for detention under the mental health act if he represents any threat to himself or others. Just needs a couple of doctors to agree and sign the paperwork. Why do you think they refuse to actually meet doctors in person?

Psychopath or comedy genius? Dunno, but has an unhealthy love of money.

well he is considered to be a narcissist by many experts.. which has features of psychopathy. Except the narcissist is more bizarre in their contradictions. I know he was prime minister, but he really shouldn’t be getting the air time he does.

I think the most interesting question is who’s more dangerous to the Tories? Is it Blair – who won three general elections, including one two years AFTER the Iraq war – or Corbyn, whose only notable election victory is among self-selecting left-wingers last year? I would laugh, except the destruction of the Labour Party as a credible political force is a little too serious.

You’re exactly right – Corbyn is by far the most dangerous to the Conservative Party.
Blair did indeed win three election victories – with diminishing majorities and vote share every time as Labour supporters realised he was turning their beloved party into a carbon copy of the Conservatives. Blair left just before New Labour reached the tipping point at which it became impossible for it to win elections anymore because the number of people disillusioned with his snake oil outnumbered those who were still lapping it up.
Corbyn, on the other hand, comes to us with a full set of traditional Labour values and is winning those disillusioned ex-supporters and members back into the fold. He trumps the Tories on all the arguments because he knows what he’s saying and actually means it. Oh, and he won a series of victories in the local elections this year… and what about the by-elections, including in Michael Meacher’s former Oldham seat that everybody was determined to tell us would go to UKIP? Before that poll, the loss was going to be entirely Corbyn’s fault and justification for a leadership challenge; afterwards, are you going to say the victory was entirely due to the candidate?
      We see through you.
