    Well the stalls in Birmingham are basically german marketers who come to Birmingham for a short period and the novelty encourages people to go to Birmingham and then they shop elsewhere as well, it has nothing to do with the sort of trade that the German major exporters are concerned with losing if the eu decides to damage itself in the negotiations with the UK.
