Corbyn’s Christmas gratitude to volunteers who help the homeless

Referring to the people in the UK who help people living on the streets, who may otherwise have to tackle loneliness and despair, he added: “It’s the goodwill and generosity of volunteers, public service workers and charity workers who give tirelessly to help others. They remind us of Christmas values — love for your neighbour, working together, and hope — hope that things can be different.”
Apparently Theresa May has also recorded a Christmas message. Gosh.

We need action not hope, hope is nonsense.
Not when that Is all people have, I have no family I never have had any, hope is keeping me alive! But even that is disappearing fast!
If the government didn’t spend a fortune on preventing needy people getting help we could actually reduce the need for charities looking out for people in this country.
Even when we have a labour gift and the material needs of the poor and ill are met we will still need to extend the hand of friendship and fellowship to others. Happy Xmas to all especially Mr & Mrs Mike and our brothers and sisters everywhere.
