Parents: Warn your children against this idiotic craze sweeping schools.

It really is sick, but some kids get a kick out of harming other kids – or encouraging them to harm themselves.

A mock “challenge” like this is always an opportunity, not only for humiliation, but for permanent injury.

Anybody trying to persuade – or force – other school pupils to take part in such a challenge should be reported to the appropriate authorities.

I would include the police on any list of such authorities. There is a crisis in healthcare at the moment; the last thing hospitals need now is an influx of gullible juveniles into Accident and Emergency and the best way to stop that is with the possibility of serious repercussions.

Don’t fool yourself that your child would never fall for anything like this; peer pressure can be monstrous. Think back to your own childhood.

A sickening new school ‘challenge’ has appalled a mother after her son suffered severe burn injuries.

The ‘salt and ice challenge’ as it is being called sees children put salt and ice on their skin, causing a reaction.

This can quickly cause third-degree injuries similar to frostbite as the temperature rapidly falls far below that of ice.

A mother, who wished to remain anonymous, is spoke out to warn parents about the dangers after her son, who is in secondary school, was left with serious injuries.

She said she is so concerned by the effects of the seemingly innocuous pairing of salt and ice that she is trying to raise awareness of the incident.

She wants other parents to be aware of the dangers so they can warn their children and prevent it happening again.

The burns were so severe that there was a debate about whether he should receive a skin graft. Doctors decided against it as the secondary school pupil retained full motor skills in his hand.

However, the burn is so deep it has burnt all the nerve endings.

This is a very old challenge. To get yourself upto date watch some of the silly shit la beast has done. This is years old. Think someone is taking for the piss with you. Example La beast eats silly amounts of ghost chilli peppers. And gets I’ll. He also ate a kilogram of sugar free gummy bears. This was all years ago. Someone is baiting you
