UKIP in Stoke-on-Trent: ‘That used to be a pie shop – now it’s a LIE shop’

Last Updated: February 6, 2017By

“Why do UKIP insist on dressing their leaders up as comedy toffs?” That’s the burning question, according to ParliamentView on Twitter.

Kudos to ChunkyMark for the following YouTube clip disclosing the opinions of Stoke-on-Trent residents about a new shop that has opened in their town.

Standing outside the UKIP premises, a resident of the town – also named Paul, as it happens – points out: “That used to be a pie shop – now it’s a lie shop.”

There is a certain amount of profanity in the language used, so if you are offended by that sort of thing, you have been warned!

Here’s the clip:

The way they dress shows them up for what they are, …spivs and thoroughly dishonest con-men.

a, the way anyone dress’ does not actually signify anything like you are claiming except in the mind of bigots, it is the same claim as the the “she was making for it” excuse to rape women with short skirts. b, could you give an example of thorough dishonesty? c, The outgoing labour member Tristram Hunt was not a local, and did nothing to stop the the stupidity of attacking Stafford Hospital to fund Stoke Hospital by making it impossible for Stoke Hospital to be able to cope with the amount of people needing to access services there.
