What do we think of this?

Income rules which stop thousands of British citizens bringing their foreign spouse to the UK are lawful “in principle” the Supreme Court has ruled.

Judges rejected an appeal by families who argued that the rules breached their human right to a family life.

As of 2012, Britons must earn more than £18,600 before a husband or wife from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) can settle in the UK.

It is unfair the same regulations should apply to the spouses from the eea area as those from the rest of the world, this xenophobic approach to migration needs to be ended as soon as we leave the eu.

Outside the European Economic Area. More prejudice! There are so many double standards that I’m surprised that we know which way is up!

The Supreme court clearly want to pass the buck to the European Court of Human Rights, where they must surely be overturned.
