Latest bid to smear Jeremy Corbyn fails dismally

Last Updated: May 21, 2017By

This one is so bad it is actually funny.

Sophie Ridge seems to have thought she had caught Jeremy Corbyn out as a terrorist sympathiser – despite all the proof to the contrary – with a claim that he was on the editorial board of a magazine that seemed to support the IRA bombing of the Conservative Party Conference in 1984, in which five people lost their lives.

Watch him demolish her in the kindest possible way:

For the record, Mr Corbyn had well-publicised talks with members of the IRA over several decades – while successive UK governments were doing the same, but in secret, while publicly claiming they never negotiated with terrorists. Who was more honest?

In the end, Mr Corbyn’s approach was adopted by Tony Blair’s government, leading to the Good Friday Agreement and the end of the so-called ‘Troubles’ in Northern Ireland.

He was right. He still is.

That’s why you should vote Labour on June 8 and make him the UK’s next prime minister.

He’s quite right, the British do only take notice when they’re bombed into it. This is how the Tories are getting away with what they’re getting away with now, the somnambulent British are letting them.

I would support a 100% death tax if it applies to those with a net worth of – £5 million or more. Gov takes it all – yup would vote for that – with a rising scale to £5m. Of course the inverse is true.

Great men go through tough times! This will be remembered later when labour wins! Especially the bbc/the board, the head of news and the biased reporters!
