Man dies after waiting for almost five hours in the back of an ambulance

Last Updated: February 11, 2018By

Brian Havard.

Theresa May – and Jeremy Hunt – told us that they had taken action to alleviate the “winter pressures”, as they describe the situation, that face the NHS.

But people are still dying after waiting in ambulances for hours and then being misdiagnosed by overworked NHS doctors.

It isn’t the fault of those doctors – it’s the fault of Jeremy Hunt. It is the fault of Theresa May.

Let’s make sure they make an appropriate attempt at atonement.

Dad Brian Havard died after he was left waiting in the back of an ambulance for almost five hours.

Brian, 52, was in the 17th ambulance in a queue of 20 when he arrived at hospital.

Despite being in crippling pain he was discharged from a chaotic A&E department and sent home with painkillers.

But shortly after arriving at his front door he collapsed.

Brian then endured another two-hour wait for an ambulance and died at a roadside on the way back to the same hospital.

My local hospital RSH and PR Telford are apparently the countries worst performers for A&E waiting times, the answer to this is, to close one A&E probably Telfords. So one A&E dept for all of Shropshire and mid wales. these awful deaths are going to happen more & more, I’m surprised more aren’t being reported already

All part of the evil Tory plan, which they would much rather we didn’t learn about such disgraceful and shameful cases.
