Activate’s Prosecco capitalists shame themselves with Stormzy tweet

Last Updated: February 24, 2018By

The buffoons at Activate – the Conservative Party’s attempt at a Momentum-style movement intended to recruit support among young people – have made fools of themselves yet again.

Those of us with a social conscience celebrated when Brits winner Stormzy took the opportunity to attack Theresa May for failing in her promises to help the victims of the Grenfell Tower fire tragedy.

Here’s how Activate responded:

Huh?

Did Stormzy actually say anything about supporting socialism?

If he did, This Writer didn’t hear it.

So Activate received responses like this.

Meanwhile, Activate continues to promote its own activities without the slightest hint of embarrassment. Here’s an example:

I disagree with Matt; he is being far too kind.
