Labour’s Woodcock pilloried for showing support for Amber Rudd. Where’s HIS resignation?

John Woodcock: He was threatening to quit Labour a short while ago – now he might be leaving with the party’s collective boot up his backside.

John Woodcock is still – allegedly – a Labour MP. But he has been reported to the Parliamentary whips by his own constituency party, apparently over his opposition to party leader Jeremy Corbyn’s handling of the Salisbury poisoning affair.

He has also earned harsh criticism for supporting fellow MP Ruth Smeeth in her unjustified persecution of anti-racism activist Marc Wadsworth with a fake claim of anti-Semitism which shockingly led to Mr Wadsworth being expelled from Labour by the party’s National Constitutional Committee.

Now this:

For the record: Labour has no common ground with any member of the Conservative government. Anybody making such a suggestion, even if they are an MP, is acting against the interests of the party. In effect, they are advocating support for political opponents, which is an expulsion offence.

Mr Woodcock’s ill-advised outburst has achieved exactly the response it deserved:

All of these people make good points.

But Mr Woodcock remains a Labour MP.

Isn’t it time for the National Executive Committee and NCC to do their job and – if he won’t resign – expel him?

Please allow him to continue “mouthing off” and proving how much of a Tory he really is so that the evidence is eventually irrefutable.
Like most right whingers, he is simply judging others by his own standards.

John Woodentop more like! How come he is in the Labour Party if he has views like that? Even some Tories are aghast at Rudd’s behaviour. So Woodentop is so anti-Corbyn that he would sell his soul to the devil rather than accept that big changes are in the way IN and that he will be in the way OUT come Election time.

He should have had the whip removed and been suspended in November 2017 due to sex pest allegations against him that met the threshold to be sent to the NCC for investigation. Kept that 1 quiet amongst his self righteous ranting at JC didn’t he !

These ‘new tory-lite centrists’ or whatever they call themselves this week are as difficult to lever out of their bolt-holes as the current tory front bench prove. What is it with the ‘blue’ rosette that imbues these fanatics with such natural contempt and makes them think they have the ‘job’ as right for life as though ordained divinely?
