McVey’s shocking advice for women forced into sex work by Universal Credit

Esther McVey.

Esther McVey really is a shocking excuse for a human being, let alone a public servant.

It’s no wonder she has forced charities working with the Department for Work and Pensions to sign a ‘gagging’ clause, banning them from criticising her in any way.

Just consider her latest intervention in the ongoing debate about Universal Credit, as related by The Communique on Twitter:

“After Frank Field noted that UC is forcing women in his constituency into sex work, she simply responded: “tell these ladies we have record job vacancies”. Grim.”

How would you describe an attitude like that?

McVey is a worthy successor to the unspeakable I.D.S. One can only conclude the the tories put hatchet workers into office to afflict those in need more. McVey is not only incompetent and insensitive, she’s rude with it.

This woman was, quite rightly, rejected by the electorate once. She has been sneaked into a seat where even an untrained chimp wearing a blue rosette would be elected. Probably the untrained chimp would do a far better job.

Esther McVey is a “public servant”? She is an elected representative of a section of the populace; she certainly would not consider herself a “servant”.

This isn’t new, i worked in brothels in greater Manchester and its full of single mothers and poor working class women, around Xmas many more women start up to earn money to buy their kids presents. This doesn’t shock me at all these street workers need to set up a profile on adultwork.com so they are safer and earning more. I’m not ashamed of what I’ve done and will have to do in future. It’s a choice between this and destitition, make it safer for women if your going to deny us benefits please. I first started this job when I was 18 and about to lose Housing benefit for my flat due to the crime of attending college.

An excellent example of Tory behaviour and inhuman attitudes. Her voters must feel proud to have voted in such a wonderful example of the traditional representative of how to treat the peasants the Conservative way.
