‘Tommy Robinson’ appeals for political asylum in the US after contempt of court conviction

Stephen Yaxley-Lennon (right) was appointed as an advisor to Gerard Batten’s UKIP in December 2018, and stood in this year’s EU Parliament elections. He didn’t get a seat.

Anti-Islamist, anti-immigration campaigner Stephen Yaxley-Lennon (aka ‘Tommy Robinson’) has appealed to Donald Trump to let him flee the UK before being sentenced for contempt of court.

I hope everyone can see the irony in his behaviour.

This is a man who has spoken out against the admission of Muslim refugees into the UK because they may be criminals – terrorists – in disguise.

Now he – a convicted criminal – is seeking refugee status in the United States.

Maybe he can’t see the hypocrisy there, but I hope we all can.

According to the Independent report (see the link below), he said he would be killed if he was jailed because UK prisons are “controlled by jihadi gangs”.

This is a theme that he has been using since 2014, when he told the Oxford Union that Woodhill Prison had become “an ISIS training camp” with radicals “running the wings”.

Many decent UK citizens might be happy to see this man leave and never return.

But the fact is that he committed a crime in the UK and has a penalty to pay.

He is due to appear for sentencing before a judge at the Old Bailey tomorrow (June 11).

It would be a crime if he were allowed to escape from that appointment.

Let us get one thing straight right now, those so called refugees were fakeugees. All men of fit, fighting age. If it was so dangerous where were the women and children, elderly e.g. mothers, fathers, grandparents?? It has also been proven that Isis in particular were among these men, many of the Syrian men (fakeugee) have gone on to rape women and children, killed their hosts, or raped the hosts children and mot, here, in Germany and other countries. We do not need more of these violent men in this country. We have enough problems with Pakistani muslim men grooming and gang raping vulnerable white children in their thousands all over the country. Tommy was right to oppose, as indeed do many people, more coming in.

Tommy has done nothing wrong. He did not breach reporting restrictions of the trial since it had ended, and as the men left the court on bail, he asked what did they think of their convictions. The BBC had already reported on the case earlier in the day, but I don’t see the BBC in the court being done for breaching reporting restrictions. Funny that. Also there were no reporting restrictions notices up anywhere outside or in the court building. The lady responsible for this admitted in court that she had not done her job on three counts. This is a political. The establishment hate him, and have persecuted him for years for letting people know about the rape gangs. He stood up for these children who had been failed by the police, social workers, councils and the government. What are you doing? Nothing. You just slag Tommy off. Shame on you.

Now he faces a certain death by muslims in a muslim dominant jail. Two years in solitary confinement, but muslims control the food in the jail. I heard last night Antifa had surrounded his house where he has kids and the police have told him he won’t get help, he can not defend him or his family against them, or they would arrest him. A neighbour let us in on that. He now has to flee the country with his family. What kind of country are we turning into when a journalist, a citizen will not be protected from violence? What kind of Journalist are you to crow about this and feel happy about this happening to Tommy. You seem pleased with yourself. Shocking and shameful. Remember, if they can do it to Tommy, they can do it to other Journalists, or others. I would not be too smug if I were you.

And lastly, I am ashamed I ever paid into your legal fund, twice. I should get my money back, you piece of crap. I really hope the two women sue the crap out of you. It would be a travesty to miss that, right?

Justice must prevail He should remain here and take his punishment.

He did nothing wrong. He did not break the law, as the MSM are stating. The BBC had already reported that morning, yet, they are not being jailed. Funny that. I see you choose to ignore that fact and accuse Tommy of wrong doing. They had already been sentenced, so he broke no law. He gave no details of court proceedings because he was not in court reporting.

What you propose is a death sentence. If he dies, I hope something happens to you.

So much of your comment is inaccurate that I fear you have missed all the coverage of this story.

Look forward to this odious character receiving the maximum custodial sentence.

The only odious person here, is you. He has done nothing wrong, yet, he should receive maximum custodial sentence??? Are you an idiot?
