Flooding and coronavirus crises reveal Johnson’s ‘Jekyll and Hide’ behaviour

Johnson: the coronavirus is his top priority because it has caused a fall in the stock markets. Ask what he’ll do about the flooding that has damaged uncounted homes and he runs away and hides.

Boris Johnson seems to have a split personality when dealing with the major crises facing the UK at the moment.

But be assured I haven’t made a spelling mistake in the headline: while his attitude to the coronavirus may not qualify him to be a doctor – Jekyll or any other, his flight from responsibility over the floods certainly allows us to dub him Mr Hide.

And his attitude tells us everything you need to know about his priorities.

When the floods hit the homes of thousands of ordinary people across the UK, causing damage costing who-knows-how-much money, he never lifted a finger to help. Because your plight doesn’t count and you don’t matter.

But when the coronavirus triggered the worst week on the stock market since the financial crisis of 2007/8, suddenly he crops up, trumpeting that it is “the government’s top priority”. Because his financier friends’ fortunes are under threat. They matter more than you.

Do you think that’s any reasonable way for a prime minister to behave?

If you agree with me that it isn’t, you can at least take comfort for the fact that Johnson’s first official meeting about the coronavirus won’t take place until Monday. Because he’s still an incompetent halfwit.

Ah Mike, you’re forgetting the obvious important reason, possibly even more important than worrying about the stock market for his buddies!
His addiction to modeling himself on his idol! Tango-man’s waffle and outrageously dangerous lies and denial of facts are soon filtered out through the Clown’s waffling and blustering jibberish!

Sorry, but “Mr Johnson was working in Downing Street on Friday and will be at his country residence Chequers over the weekend.”

Surely, he should be in Downing Street at his desk, not having a “jolly” at the tax payers expense!

I’ve said it before, this is the most self-centred, lazy, greedy and woefully inadequate PM this country has ever had.
He’s obsessed by his own self importance and Parliament has to revolve around his expensive holidays and precious weekends.

Not very different from that fellow New Yorker, the Tangerine Tyrant across the pond !

Corrupt dictator/women hater boris is showing his true character. He has always been a lazy fake politician and his only focus is on increasing his wealth! This is why he couldn’t be bothered to move from his latest hideaway to visit the flooded regions because he knew the residents would castigate and hold his fascist tory party accountable!

Now coronavirus is reducing the vile fascist tory boys’ wealth so dictator/corrupt boris has to act claiming it is the government’s priority! Sure ensuring fascist tory boys’ profits don’t disappear is the only government policy!

Us serfs can starve and lose our homes before our leader/dictator/king women hater scrounger boris does anything!

“incompetent halfwit” is an understatement to describe the lack of ability, leadership skills or working intelligence of that useless tw@t of a PM.

This government is so stupid when it comes to COVID 19, they want to shut schools and transport links when it’s too late. Kids are the worst spreaders of viruses. But ah let’s just see how bad it gets before we do anything. I know we will hold a cobra meeting and tell people what they already know. How can we trust any of these muppets.
