Torygraph politics: paper praises Tories for saving money because senior citizens have died of Covid-19

Some institutions have twisted priorities:

That’s the Daily Telegraph for you.

But doesn’t it make you question whether the Tory intention really was for Covid-19 to kill as many pensioners as possible, in order to cut the National Insurance bill?

It’s the pension bill that’s “benefitted” from premature deaths of pensioners. I pointed out the massive savings right at the beginning of the first Covid-19 outbreak when care homes weren’t on the Government’s agenda.
I am a pensioner. I have paid into the system for most of my working life. I am, I admit, expensive because I use the NHS and get a little less than £8k pa in income, via my state pension.
Meanwhile, the State has broken its contract with my wife by raising her pension age arbitrarily so that she won’t get any of her pension for another three years. What a bunch of charmers. When next you hear “we can’t afford it”, ask yourself who is “we”?

    Dear Vox Political,
Beyond the ‘harvesting’ aka culling (epidemiologists’ name for government policy that leaves many people to die) of the old from 60 (ignoring us between 60 and 69 for shielding, and the rest dying from the seeding of Covid19 into care homes and denying NHS Covid19 hospital treatment when Covid19 positive), us 1950s born pension campaign ladies know politicians seek people to die before pension age, so retirement is abolished.

Back in 2005, his own government actuaries informed Labour Prime Minister Blair that pension age rise would result in a high increase of people long dead before retirement (again stated in the Torygraph with the glee of saying the estimate of early death was around 1m people and that was pension age rise from 65 to 67 that came about by Labour’s 2007 pension act (pension ages 66, 67 and 68 now in force).

Since 2011 pension age rise and 2010 early works pension age (Labour’s 2004 Finance Act) rise from 50 to 55, the 1950s women had their highest early death rate, aged in their 50s and 60s.

Life expectancy is the biggest lie of this age.

The assumption of continuing life from 50 to 70 ended in 2011.

And since that time we have been dying quicker in retirement and doubling of pensioner deaths, noted in the business pages quoting the actuaries, whose job is observing death rates, back in 2017.

The year right wing Labour did not put pension age 60 men and women in Corbyn’s election manifesto (he had said that in all of his years as MPs and first elected in 1983 on that), and so lost the 1950s and 1960s women’s votes, that would have won in key marginal seats lost only by around 3000 votes, when us women are around 5000 in most voting areas.
