Teachers, doctors and Tube workers were on strike but you had to have German TV to see it

Last Updated: March 16, 2023By Tags: , , , , , , , ,

Did their Tory bosses order the BBC to keep coverage of the strikes off its website yesterday?

Apparently the only way to see the size and scale of the march that took place in London was via German television.

See for yourself:

Excellent journalism from German television.

But the BBC belongs on the ‘naughty step’ – again.

Holy S***. Just how censored are the British people when a vast demonstration of solidarity goes totally unmentioned by the BBC?

As an ardent Francophile I have also noted how little coverage there has been regarding the demonstrations against the proposed raising of the pension age in France.

I’ve mentioned this before, but it justifies repeating.
Over the past month (or more), “Have Your Say” topics on BBC News have been almost non-existent.
I suspect it’s in fear of the usual Tory Supporting Gammon participants actually criticising the Government – How’s that for muting Free Speech ?
