The suicidal depression Keith mentions here has hit people in my family too – one member had to stop signing on because his GP feared a relapse in his condition would be brought on by the behaviour of Job Centre Plus staff members. That in itself is a damning indictment of the DWP under Iain Duncan Smith.
,,, and the fact is that nobody here is against anyone making a profit in business. We just happen to believe that any such profit should be shared fairly – there’s that word, the one the Tories love so much, “fairly” – among those who have created it.
Why is that so much to ask?
