I agree with David Hencke’s comment. Hard to believe the editor of a major national newspaper didn’t know phone hacking was illegal. Still, it seems he has admitted he took part in this crime and by his actions supported its commissioning as part of the newspaper’s day-to-day work – or am I reading too much into it?
