Here’s Alex Little’s comment on the response he received (exactly the same as everyone else’s). He proposes a course of action which may meet your approval.

Ian Duncan Smith on Question Time, with a room full of random members of the general public and not one asks him about Universal Credit, workfare, Atos, statistics? It’s not a shining example of their unbiased news coverage.

It’s blatantly clear that this corporation is being run by the government. Keep the licence payers in the dark, and feed them bulls***!

I received the same response to my complaint to the BBC, as did my partner to his complaint.

Yes, I complained on BBC website and received exactly the same reply. It looks like they admitted it was a standard reply because the email included this sentence:

“We have received a wide range of feedback about our coverage of this story. In order to use our TV licence fee resources efficiently, this general response aims to answer the key concerns raised, but we apologise in advance if it doesn’t address your specific points in the manner you would prefer.”
