They’re here – at last.
Now you can adorn your bookshelf — real or virtual — with permanent copies of Vox Political’s articles.
The Shop Line is open for business, taking its name from our new book series that showcases the best of Vox Political’s latest pieces alongside collections of standout stories from the past few years.
The aim is to create a library of the best political writing of our times — and perhaps, if the mood takes me, to add other merchandise along the way.
I’m also open to featuring works by other like-minded authors. If you have a book you’d like to see included, please get in touch at [email protected].
Now – about that new book…
The Whip Line – July 2025, is the first edition of what I intend to make a monthly political digest – and it’s now available.
This isn’t just a book.
It’s a record of what’s been happening in the UK while the mainstream media looked the other way and the social media platforms tried to squash free speech.
It’s a record of the cruelty pushed through under the cover of crises.
It’s a record of the lies told, the truth ignored, and the people left behind.
And I don’t even want to sell it to you!
I’d rather send it to you personally, as a thank-you for supporting independent journalism.

What’s in The Whip Line?
The Whip Line is a new kind of political journalism: direct, uncompromising, and proudly independent. Created by the mind behind Vox Political, this monthly sampler gathers the sharpest reporting, analysis, and outrage that mainstream outlets won’t touch — or are paid not to.
Inside, you’ll find:
-
Disability benefit cuts sold as “support”
-
NHS reform plans hiding corporate profit grabs
-
Privatised water companies flooding rivers with filth
-
Civil liberties crushed under protest bans and Respect Orders
-
Labour and Tory alike, exposed when they think no one’s looking
Whether you’ve followed Vox Political for years or are reading for the first time, The Whip Line is a rallying point for those who want truth without varnish — and journalism that fights back.
Why now?
Because too many people don’t realise what’s already been done to them.
Because the kind of journalism I do — independent, sharp, unfiltered — can’t happen without your support.
