Here’s how you can help expose alleged Tory election crimes

The article reported 24 alleged violations of campaign spending limits that would have put the election result in serious doubt.
I named the MPs concerned and called for anyone in their constituencies to contact the police and demand an investigation. Those MPs were:

Now The Canary has warned that time is running out, as there is a 12-month time limit on prosecuting offences related to election expenses.
That website has kindly provided a list of the constituencies involved:
Do you live in one of the 24 seats whose Tory candidates were helped to victory by the RoadTrip campaign buses?
Amber Valley, Broxtowe, Bury North, Cannock Chase, Cheltenham, Chippenham, Dudley South, Erewash, Kingston, Lincoln, Morecambe and Lunesdale, North Cornwall, Northampton North, Nuneaton, Plymouth Sutton and Devonport, Pudsey, Sherwood, South Thanet, Sutton and Cheam, Thornbury and Yate, Torbay, Weaver Vale, Wells or Yeovil.
If you do, consider contacting your local police force to make a complaint about your candidate’s spending declaration – and to remind the police that they can apply to the courts for an extension to investigate the allegations.
Consider the Conservatives’ record in office.
This is a chance to clean these parasites out before they get their teeth into our country irreversibly.
So please, if you live in one of these constituencies and have one of the MPs mentioned above, get on the phone to the police and demand action…
Before it’s too late.

Lets first of all get rid of “Postal Voting”.
Why? People with postals are more likely to vote than those who have to traipse to polling stations.
The leaflet droppers for my MP took out the Labour leaflet from my postbox and let it “slip” out of their hands on to my garden. Couldn’t get out there in time to tell them I’d seen them do it. While I was across the road a different Tory leaflet dropper did the same thing down someone else’s road. Again I couldn’t do anything about it. When the Tory candidate won he took to the podium and before thanking all of his people had a nasty few words at the “dirty campaign” or some such thing, of the Labour Party. Nice one, considering what I had seen.

If a leaflet hasn’t gone all the way into a person’s home, another campaigner is apparently within their rights to do whatever they want with it. The answer is for everybody to make sure their material drops onto the floor.

Does it need to be a Criminal investigation?
Is there no other channel to force the police to investigate?
No, it’s a criminal offence so a criminal investigation is appropriate.
Could you compile a list of the relevant Chief constables and pro-forma letter detailing the alleged offenses.
We could then start a 38 degrees petition (Local or national?) and ask all signatories to email the letter, we could then present the petition to each chief constable and the Home secretary for good measure!

SO TORY MP’s break the law AND WE HAVE TO COMPAIN TO THE POLICE. DO THEY NOT THEN HAVE A DUTY TO INVESTIGATE WITHOUT OUR INPUT AND IF NOT WHY NOT.

One also wonders why it has to be a complaint from someone within those constituencies. If someone has evidence that a serious crime may have been committed elsewhere in the UK, they have a duty to inform the police and submit that evidence and the police then have a duty to investigate it. I am sure if I had evidence regarding a potential terrorist and went along to my local police station, they would not say “Sorry Sir, the suspected terrorist is not in our area and the police cannot do anything until someone in his area raises the matter with us.”
As the G.E. is a national event within which we all participate expecting certain standards of democracy to be upheld, can we, even if not represented by any MP on the list, write to our Chief Inspector requesting that they convey our demands for an investigation into potential conspiracy as said conspiracy impacts upon our expectations in both expected and legal standards and national outcome, where it can be shown that conspiracy results in the government ‘buying’ the election, contrary to common law. I expect thye’ll refuse, argue against, but it is a criminal offence, there is evidence enough to warrant an investigation and it has national not merely local implications within which we have a rightful interest.
as Mike has said I think it has to do with the law ….in that when you report to the Police That a CRIME has been committed then the Police are forced to take action and investigate by Law.

Yes – call the police and say you have reason to believe that he breached his spending limit and you want an investigation. Quote the relevant news reports – all the information should be in the Vox Political articles – and say that provides sufficient prima facie evidence to justify a police inquiry. If they try to deny it, take it to your local police and crime commissioner.
