UK racists emboldened by ‘Leave’ vote [STRONG LANGUAGE]
It would be wrong to say there are any more racists in the UK now than there were on Wednesday.
These people have simply been emboldened by vote to leave the European Union on Thursday – a choice that they have decided reflects their own opinions of people from foreign lands and races other than white Europeans.
That is why we get the following:
Far-right demonstrators took to the streets … demanding repatriation of immigrants in the wake of the Brexit vote.
A tense stand-off took place in Newcastle city centre as groups defending refugees gathered to oppose the demo.
Supporters of the Newcastle Unites group gathered at The Monument, chanting “Refugees Welcome” and “Nazis out”.
Opposite stood members of the English Defence League, North East Infidels and National Front who shouted their counter arguments.
And this:
A Twitter user named Luke Lewis posted an image of Sadiq Khan at a LGBT Pride event on his public Facebook page. Here are some of the responses:
I fear what will happen here.
This kind of behaviour is highly provocative. It only needs one person to retaliate and then these people will be crying that the foreigners have started on them – when they are to blame.
So perhaps it is in everybody’s best interests to remember that behaviour likely to increase feelings or actions of hatred against members of another race or religion are contrary to the Public Order Act 1986. All the people who posted racially intolerant messages should be reported to the police in order to ensure the authorities take proper – corrective? – action.
That goes for people committing racist acts in the street, as well – although in these cases you’ll need to contact police at the time and, if you don’t know the culprits, you’ll need to be able to provide a good description (or a photograph if you can take one without attracting unwelcome attention).
We still have laws against this aggression, folks.
Know them. Use them. Keep the streets and the Internet clean of this filth.

This is so similar to the rise of the national socialists in the 30`s….scary times indeed and now there are different victims instead of the poor, sick and disabled things will only get worse in this country of fools…
Yes, and the ways people are finding to excuse this behaviour are appalling.
It is reminiscent of the nasty behaviour that began with the rise of the Nazis in 1930s Germany. Unfortunately, so-called responsible politicians have been openly inciting and encouraging these mindless thugs. It worries and depresses me that what was basically an internal feud in the Tory Party (and still is) has divided the whole nation in such an unsavoury way. I don’t blame the people of Scotland for wanting to get out of it.
Well its down down and down we can thank the media for this and I can’t see it getting better soon
The result of six years of IDS & co blaming immigrants, the sick, disabled and the unemployed for their own failures. Interesting to see that these people who feel so strongly about being British don’t appear to know how to use the language properly

Look at the Ferage interview on Chanel 4 tonight he could not even condemn or admit he had anything to do with this rise of hatred. The mealy mouthed standard response of i will condemned after it happens it, washing his hands of it.
All he wanted to wine about was no one was talking to him from the Tory office… Whist metaphorically wrapping himself in the flag walking around the Some battlefield it was sickening!
This kind of enmity and race hatred has been brewing for years and the referendum has just, to use Mike’s word “emboldened” them. Somehow they relate the 52% who voted leave to be representative of the nazi/fascist pigs element. Hopefully, the majority of leave proponents will let this scum know that they chose leave for other reasons than bigotry and mindless discrimination.
