Labour members: Follow the lead of Stoke-on-Trent South if your MP voted against Corbyn
MPs work for us, not the other way around.
Labour activists are to propose a motion of no confidence in their MP – after he called on party leader Jeremy Corbyn to resign.
Members of the Stoke-on-Trent South constituency Labour party say Rob Flello had assured them last week that he would not act against Mr Corbyn.
But Mr Flello is reported to have been the first MP to call on Mr Corbyn to ‘do the decent thing’ and resign, at Monday night’s parliamentary Labour party meeting.
Stoke-on-Trent South CLP chairman Chris Robinson is now demanding that Mr Flello explain his actions to local party members.
Mr Robinson, who is also the city councillor for Broadway and Longton East, said: “I will be proposing a motion of no confidence in Mr Flello at the Potteries branch meeting next week.”

Never saw that coming did he?
its a great pity we the peasants couldnt sack them
That is the correct way to deal with these MPs in my opinion.
Unfortunately, our MP is Stephen Crabb as you know!
De-select him he’s already shown his willingness to go against his members wishes.
All Labour Party members need to do this with those who have called him to go – it’s not just the treachery, and the plotting, or the contempt many of the labour elite have shown towards Labour Party members who support Jeremy Corbyn – it’s simply the fact they are so willing to spit in the face of democracy and overthrow a democratically elected leader (who appears to have been fighting this coup from day 1 of his election) and to do so at the very time the conservative government is leaderless and panicking!
Just when the country needed a strong and united opposition to step forward, the Labour elite have shouted “Go home nothing happening here, we didn’t pick him we’re not working with him – So There”!
You little plebs no nothing about politics! Sheesh!
Yes, it’s very hard to understand why the anti JC MPs are doing this.
They not only have let us down but they obviously have no self-pride and let themselves down.
Anne Coffey is Stockport labour MP, she was on the BBC news this morning stating her constituents were against Corbyn. Said she’d spoken to them, so emailed her asking for proof!
Notice he didn’t resign his 74k pay or his 100k+ expenses
How do I go about doing this for my MP? Do I write to our local CLP? Any advice appreciated!
If you’re a Labour member, submit a motion to your branch, to start off with. If it’s passed, it will go up to the CLP for a vote there.
