That amount of churn in JSA per month, compared with the total JSA, shows there’s no reason for the Gov. to hassle people on JSA at all.
I’d have thought that 93,210 failed to sign, and another 49,000 other reasons, would give plenty of sanction opportunity, without having to use any of the rediculous reasons we keep seeing.
