I much prefer the UN Human rights declaration, but due to my lack of knowledge on my PC I was unable to give my personal thoughts & response .
The UNDP released a report in 2002 on how Arab countries should rule by following the advice of the Caliph Imam Ali through his letter and sayings to his governors. This advise is not only for the Arabs or Muslims, but for every government. Please read this with an open mind
