Am I reading this right – that the DWP has been ‘April fooled’ and actually has no budget for Universal Credit at the moment?

This probably explains why IDS was all over the media yesterday blaming Big Issue-selling Romanians for the country’s economic woes. Really, what’s the point in any governmental system which puts him in charge? It’s our system of governance which needs the reset, not UC.
