Quite honestly I have never seen anyone who is unfortunate enough to be on benefits which comes close to these people portrayed in this programme?I wonder how much the government paid these Channel 4 arseholes?…or is it a promise of a MBE or Knighthood?

I watched part of this programme and thought it misleading thoughtless and largely meaningless. I know many people on benefits the vast majority are somewhat embarrassed at their plight and wonder what’s gone wrong with their lives. None repeat none non of them are either happy or enjoying themselves. In fact it takes them ages to gain trust and open up because they, without exception, feel they’ve failed and are lesser human beings as a result. So my message to those who would threaten violence etc is simple, if this country is becoming full of ignorant stupid filth like you who are so unintelligent as to believe either the this Goverments lies and bias and that of well paid sensation seeking TV idiots, then leave. Also remember the the anger of the quiet person is infinitely more damaging and dangerous than that of ignorant bellicose clowns like you and this Government.

I wonder if anyone wonders how to recognise the ignorant bellicose violent idiots offering threats to people on benefits? It’s easy, they wear blackshirts, goose step to meetings, and are unable to offer sensible comment. OH, and they believe every thing which rhymes with their limited intelligence and right wing views and think Ian Duncan Smith is a living God, poor thick misguided fools. You have to feel sorry for the narrow lives they lead.

I’ve written to the brainless half wits at C4 congratulating them on their unfailing support of the Fascist Ian Duncan smith and for stirring hatred and violence. They did a great job feckin TV clowns. The producers should be fired now that way they get first hand experience of the system and it’s unfairness. Bastards!!!! Isn’t stirring up violence and hatred against the law? Do them.

I watched this program and was shocked that an whole street was on benefits, its strange i do not know anyone on benefits that behave like this, channel 4 have deliberately chosen these people for the program to make everyone on benefits look bad, achieving what the government want you to believe. Makes me wonder if they are real people or actors or they are told what to say and when so they can put it all together and make things look much much worse, i call this taking advantage of the poor. Did they promise them payment etc. So IDS your plan is working because we now have idiots with threats upon these people. Channel 4 hang your heads in shame as you are no better than this lying government.

I think you’ll find if you were to try and walk down benefit street with a baseball bat, or gas it’s residence, or burn the place or any of the other suggestions, things wouldn’t work out so well.

Downing Street has big metal gates and armed police, after all.
