UKIP: elitism, libertarianism, anti-intellectualism and contradictions
UKIP surged to second place in yesterday’s by-election (admittedly with a very low turnout) so this is a good moment to remind everybody what that party supports and why giving it yours is a bad idea.

I could never vote for Ukip – they are mainly failed tories anyway.
The thing that frightens me the most is another coalition between the tories and Ukip – this country would just fall apart.
I am really angry that such a small number of people turned out to vote – sickening when you think about the whinging and whining and their complaining when they can’t even get off their erses to vote!
