Councils will be obliged to house more single homeless people following a landmark judgement regarding how they assess someone’s vulnerability.

    Be interesting to see how the councils manage this. I’m female, I’ve worked my whole life, done some voluntary work, became homeless through first period of unemployment and basically got two fingers from council. Now feel trapped, worried I’ll never work again without stability and it’s affecting my mental health.
