Do local police commissioners – or whatever they are called- the ones we are supposed to elect today and whose function is rather a mystery- have a say in this?
The full title for the PCC, is Police and Crime Commissioners.
I expect they are desperately looking for a way to sweep it all under the carpet, or else they’re preparing lots of 50 gallon drums of whitewash.
